Objective of this role - Marketing Division Manager (Overseas / Domestic)
1. Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans to serve marketing objective and sales 2. Lead the execution of marketing programs, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
Job responsibilities- Marketing Division Manager 3. The role will be responsible for planning and managing the marketing communication through on-line and off-line communication emphasizing on new products 4. Work closely with sales and trade marketing people to support them in achieving their goals. 5. Coordinate the development and design of promotional campaign, such as in-store media and product demonstration 6. Work closely with the product development team in ensuring most efficient packaging.

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field. 2. At least 5 years’ experience in marketing or related field (FMCG is preferable) 3. Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns especially new product launch. 4. Effective written and verbal communication skills

1. Achieve sales targets and conduct analysis of the details of the business for each customer to find ways to increase sales, such as selling more products to existing customers, and finding new customers.
2. To gain more new customers and manage the existing customers.
3. To achieve the target/budget assignment.
4. To visit customers regularly as per Sales policy and submit reports on time
5. Understanding customer needs and offering solutions and support
6. Creating informative presentations
7. Creating and maintaining a list database of prospects customer
8. Collaborating with the team on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
9. Other tasks as assigned by the management
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. At least 5 years’ experience in Export Sales with a strong background in the food & beverage industry (fruit canning, frozen food, both OEM & Owned Brand) 2. Master ‘s Degree or Bachelor's Degree in related field 3. Good command of both spoken and written English and computer skills. 4. Well experienced in US market, Europe, Middle East and CLMV markets 5. Strong problem solving skills
